Luis is the Officer-in-Charge for Research and Monitoring, Editorial, and Media Relations at IMG. In this role, he oversees research-driven media monitoring, editorial work, and media relations support, ensuring that outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with client and operational requirements.
He has extensive experience in traditional and digital media monitoring, issue tracking, and the preparation of research-based reports, briefers, and editorial materials. His background in political and legal research strengthens his ability to assess public issues, policy developments, institutional concerns, and media narratives with clarity and sound judgment.
Luis graduated from San Beda University – Manila in 2024 with a degree in Political Science.
